YOGA and Essential Oils Workshop

This workshop will focus on side body opening, backbends and twists. This will be a slow flow vinyasa practice to capture lazy summer evenings. It will include fun, feel good yoga poses that you will linger in for a few breaths to savour and enjoy the moment.
Let go - open up to life and summer with some of doTerra's summer citrus essential oils. The crisp and uplifting citrus aromas combined with the circular energy movement of this practice are a perfect fit for a seasonal summer flow.
This workshop focus's on side body lengthening and healthy function of the kidneys. We will start with breathing and pranayama to cultivate the rhythm and movement of the breath. The rise and fall of your breath will be your guide through your practice so you don't feel rushed or out of control. With this ease of the breath we incorporate fun core strengthening asanas like vasisthasana (side plank) and its many variations including camatkarasana (wild thing) and many more stimulating and rejuvenating poses. The practice will finish with cool calming seated asanas to retain and restore your energy.
