This rest and restore yoga class is very gentle. It includes gentle stretches with longer holds so that we not only relax the muscles but also the connective tissue so it works on a deeper level. Its excellent for strengthening up the immune system and is suitable for everyone. This is the perfect class for people nursing injuries, for people with nervous disorders to runners, cyclists and gym goers. It includes a long relaxation at the end. This is like a warm bowl of soup on a cold winters day, its warming, comforting and will make you feel really good. Sometimes less is more.
