Relax, Release and Let Go
Yoga & Essential Oil Workshop
with Sinead O'Connor
Friday the 18th November 2016
7:00pm - 10:00pm
I am delighted to have Sinead O'Connor back for this 3 hour workshop which will focus on releasing the old, grounding into the body to prepare to hibernate for the winter months.
The physical focus will be on hip openers. Hip openers are a wonderful way to ground the body and calm the mind. In this space we can allow new ideas to infuse and sit there for a while as we move through the down time of winter to grow our hearts desires in spring.
Allow this yoga workshop to support you on your personal journey of physical expansion, internal growth and develop an all round sense of peace and harmony
What Can I expect from the Workshop?
Welcoming and brief introductions.
Therapeutic grade essential oils will be used throughout the practice to enhance your experience.
We will start with mediation and pranyama (breathing exercises). Followed by a beautifully paced dynamic vinyasa flow practice. Finishing with mediation and a deep relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for everybody, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. You will come away from this workshop feeling relaxed and at peace.
Still get in touch if you would like to be put on the cancellation list
