New to Yoga (Online)
New to Yoga is a class designed for complete beginners and yoga students who wish to deepen the foundations of their own yoga practice.
Each class will include a complete basic yoga sequence and an introduction to breathing and relaxation techniques. We review what we do each week. After the six weeks you will comfortably and confidently be able to progress into any of my other classes or any yoga studio or teacher.
