Mum and Baby Yoga
Becoming a new mum can be an exciting and challenging time. This class is designed to help mothers build back strength and tone in the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. It also focuses on releasing tension in the shoulders, upper and lower back due to feeding lifting and changing your baby.
The class welcomes all kind of babies; sleeping, crying, smiley, hungry and smelly bottoms! If you need to feed, change or soothe your baby during class you can.
This is a class where you can meet other mum's, honour your feelings and frustrations without judgement. A class where you get to strengthen your body, clear your mind and begin to feel like you again.
Best of all its fun, baby loves it, you get to learn some tips to help your babies digestion, tips for traveling, build both you and your babies immune systems and reduce anxiety.
