Fat-Burning Fitness Class

This is a six week fat-burning fitness class helps you to burn fat and build strength at the same time.  There will be a mixture of body weight, kettle-bells and dumbbells.  Over the six weeks you will progress with the exercises, it may be by increasing weight or repetitions.  Each six week course will tailored to the needs and abilities of the people signed up.  


A fun 45 minute class that will fly by and you'll leave feeling strong and fit.


This is a small class of 3-10 people so its almost like group personal training for a fraction of the cost.
