This is a gentle yoga class designed with older people in mind but it is not limited or restricted to just seniors, it is suitable also for people who are stiff or recovering from injury that need gentle movements to ease out joint pain and stiffness.
The class will focus on spinal mobility, core strengthening (not just the tummy but the whole stabilizing structure of your torso), balance and flexibility.
The aim of the class is to feel good in your body and to able to perform your daily activities with ease.
The class will also include some breathing exercises and a wonderful relaxation at the end. To allow you to feel calm and energised as you leave.
