I'm delighted to welcome back Sinead O'Connor from Hush Yoga Dublin. Sinead loves to tie in nature's seasons into the workshop themes. In March the focus will be on detoxifying the mind and body in preparation to grow with springtime's flow, with a special focus on spinal twists to detoxify, back-bends to uplift the mind and a deep meditation practice to return to a feeling of vitality, peace and harmony.
What can I expect?
Welcome and Introductions.
Vinyasa flow - dynamic flowing yoga sequence.
Therapeutic grade essential oils to enhance your experience.
Bija Mantras (Chakras)to strengthen the awareness of the energy body.
Pranayama (breath) to strengthen mind and energy body.
This workshop will also include mindfulness and how we can be more mindful on the yoga mat while introducing mindfulness techniques into the day to day life. You will wind down with a deep relaxation and meditation to solidify whole experience. Sinead share's life coaching tips to assist you along your yoga-life-path. This workshop is a well balanced yoga practice including all aspects of hatha yoga.
Who is Sinead O'Connor?
Sinead is from Hush Yoga Dublin you can check her out here. She has been teaching yoga for 16 years and has a background in dance which is reflected in her flowing style of yoga.
Sinead has over 800 hours of teacher training and attends 10-day silent meditation courses once or twice a year and enjoys sharing her insights and things that she has learnt. She qualified as an holstic health coach in 2013 and has being using doTerra Essential oils in her own life on a daily basis for the last two years.
Sinead has such a wonderful energy I know that you will leave this workshop feeling calm and at peace.
